Once again we will host an open screen event. Bring 1-10 of your favorite, recent, or on-going projects to show and share with others in your chapter. Also include an image or two with a South Florida element of some kind. Images should be 72ppi 1025 pixels on the long side in SRGB color space, and above all for your photo credit to display correctly METADATA that includes "COPYRIGHT" and "CREATOR" MUST BE FILLED IN. Using Photoshop, Bridge or Lightroom open the Metadata (or File Info in Photoshop) tab and in the "Copyright" field put "© Your Name", in the "Creator" field put "Your Name". The end goal for these images it to produce a new ASMP South Florida Chapter Archive so the public can see what we do and for promotion of our chapter members. If you do not wish to participate in having your images displayed on the web and other places please let us know now so we can take your images out of the presentation.

About The Chapter Archive
This should be a very good year for us. Our intention is to promote our chapter members to everyone we can and we are starting with ART BASIL Week. Our Archive will be shown in a slideshow presentation on buildings downtown. The Wachovia Building will kick it off for us. Our PR man Dave Copeland is still courting a few others and we have Miami International Airport considering us for Spring. There is so much to announce in the up-coming months that your involvement will benefit each one of us. We will soon launch our mailing promotions to all buyers/editors/and creatives across the country to shout out what a diversified and talented group we have here in South Florida. More on this later as we work things out.
So come on down and take advantage, take part.
